Abstract.The existence of a new leader with young age in recent years has given color to the leadership style at PTPN X. In same period, board directors reconstructed and reintroduced vision, mission culture organization. The unachieved production potential per hectare milling capacity have become evaluation material for management achieve added value. Therefore this study aims analyze influence organizational on performance PG Gempolkrep-PTPN X employees, it through job satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research was conducted using quantitative approach survey assessment method questionnaire data collection tool. sample used purposive sampling, namely 34 employees from Data analysis is based obtained internal company sources results questionnaires that been distributed respondents. procedure carried out assess process them SEM-PLS then be analyzed partial least squares technique smartPLS. show significant effect employee performance, satisfaction, which means can mediate culture. performance.
